After we have received the order payment, the order will be processed. We strive to ship your order within 1-3 working days.Should there be any delay in the process of your order, we will inform you about this by email (also note the junk mail in your mailbox). It is possible that articles are not in stock. If so, we will let you know by email. The availability shown at the website is no guarantee, this is an indication.

Wrong or damaged item received
Always check if you have received the item you ordered. When this is not the case, and you have received a damaged or wrong item, you can send the package back to our headquarters in Haren. Service and warranty
All items are delivered to the manufacturer's warranty applies, as far as manufacturing and materials defects concern.
